Cats!

Our little barn cat Mip has taken a liking to Astrid. On Monday she had a grand time loving up on her. Thankfully, I had the camera to get photographic proof. 😉

Then Ruby wanted to see what the fuss was about. Mip quite enjoyed being the center of attention. ;)

      Thanks!
Astrid came to us with her name, and Mip, well, it’s a shortening of MiniPolo, because she looks just like her Mum, Polo. 🙂

OMC, these photos are so adorable. Best we’ve seen today. We also have an Astrid, but she is one of the eight of us cats. She is featured today for Wordless Wednesday at http://www.thecatonmyhead.com. She was adopted from a group in Virginia called Barn Cat Buddies. None of us live in a barn, however, but in a house in the city. Mip is an absolute darling. You will treasure these photos forever. We have a Barn Buddy program here too! Love it! That’s where our MaxCat came from…he doesn’t have a barn to live in, but an insulated garage, a horse shelter, and a bunch of mice to hunt. 🙂
      Thanks for visiting!

*nods* It’s all instinct…Mip is smart enough to know these 2 won’t hurt her, and she’s smart enough to stay away from the 2 horses that would.
